The hotel is pretty standard but very dated. The outside walls were filthy, possibly moldy. The room was in need of refurbishment, especially the shower, which sometimes did not provide hot water. Staff were nice but reception were slow to bring items to our room when requested. We had to repeatedly phone them to make sure they brought them. Breakfast was good, typical hotel fare. Food at the grill by the pool was very tasty. The pool area was nice. Beach was not as impressive as the one in Diani. There is a nightclub playing loud music but didnt hear it too late at night. Bed was comfortable and had a good night's sleep.

I cannot recommend Reef Hotel more highly. I was warmly welcomed by the staff where ever I went. The food was delicious and the live music at Moonshine bar was really great. The pool is fabulous and the property gardens enjoyable for a relaxing afternoon. Thank you to all the staff who made my stay delightful!

一直信賴也是一直選擇的平台，吃喝玩樂都有了，我想要的都能在這買到，真是太適合我了！設施齊全，住著挺舒服的，房間大小剛好，隔音效果還不錯朋友們，放心沖！性價比真的很高，而且交通非常方便，大家可以來體驗體驗！性價比很高，交通也方便，完全激發起我出門的慾望（ ´͈ ᵕ `͈ ）◞♡

Location is great! Right next to beach and Moonshine bar. 5 minute walk on the nächste and your at Maasai bar. Downside Music goes on all night and unable to sleep. Mosquitoes are around and the net didn’t help. Bed was also rock hard. For one night drinking there it’s ok but be cautious of the mosquitoes at night, I got bitten 4 times :(

泳池房一樓的房間很潮濕，衞生間設施陳舊，淋浴頭等都生銹了。游泳池水臟，躺椅有很多烏鴉糞便。每天衹有兩瓶礦泉水，問了前台也不多給。不推薦！

一進門真的是驚艷到了，環境特別不錯，是周圍環境最好的了，性價比非常高店裡空間不是很大，但佈置很集中，燈光渲染也很有氛圍餐廳環境很安靜，菜品也是一如即往的精緻，分量也很足，好評！顏值即正義，環境非常乾淨，跟家裡人一起來過紀念日很滿意！這個價格跟其他平台比起來真的划算太多了，而且環境、衞生各方面都不輸其他家，真的必來
